Forum Rules
Not knowing the rules does not excuse improper behavior.

• The Email notifications you receive could contain an advertising component
• Your Avatar (incarnation or embodiment) must not be offensive, sexual, political, religious. No animations.
• No sexual, political, offensive, or religious discussion.  This includes signature blocks
• Vendors – no commercial messages of any kind, including signature blocks
• Respect - Discussion regarding individuals, organizations, vendors or safety providers will be positive and informational – no slandering, negative, or defamatory comments, please. Use of specific company names or individual's names in a disparaging manner, or in a manner which BLR determines to be a breach of privacy or confidentiality is strictly prohibited.
• Non-commercial use – this is a discussion board for professionals. If you are here for commercial gain, please leave now
• Follow the rules and spirit – anyone not abiding by the letter or spirit of these rules will lose their posting privileges
• Offending posts will be removed at the discretion of management
• Unless you own the copyright, do not post anything from another party unless you are sure it is in the public domain

Privacy Policy
Business & Legal Reports, Inc., (BLR) is committed to respecting your privacy concerns with the information you entrust with us. We give users choice and consent over how their personal information is used, and remove names immediately upon request. 

Cookies: We use cookies to help our visitors have a friendlier, more convenient visit. Our purpose in using cookies is NOT to snoop on you. Product alerts: From time to time, we may also send you news bulletins or product alerts on products or services from Business & Legal Reports, Inc., or other carefully screened companies. Any such message will ALWAYS provide you with a link or other easy means of unsubscribing to further e-mails. Alternatively, you can send an e-mail to service@blr.com at any time with the words "Remove product alerts" in the subject field of the message. 

Third party use: Occasionally we make our customer list available to other reputable organizations so you may receive (mail) offers you might find interesting. However your e-mail address will NOT be released to any third party and we will NOT share with others any demographic information that you may provide to us. Sporadically we permit carefully selected organizations to advertise in our e-mail publications, let them sponsor product alerts or will sponsor their product offers. To stop receiving such e-mails, follow the unsubscribe instructions in the e-mail or send an e-mail to service@blr.com at any time with the words “Remove product alerts” in the subject field of the message.

Regarding Children 
Please note that this site is not intended for children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information about such children. If we learn that we have collected any such information from or about a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information from our database as quickly as possible.
