I know we have covered FMLA many different times on this forum. Here is a good article reminding you to be careful with the wording of your FMLA policy so that you don't inadvertently imply a more generous FMLA policy then you want to.

This is a good reminder. I hate to sound jaded but sometimes it seems like no good deed goes unpunished when it comes to HR
