  • Boss hired his girlfriend to be over HR

    We work for a small company where the HR person is the boss' live-in girlfriend.  There are many discrepancies in how employees are treated, from time off to the way they are disciplined.  If someone ever questions either of them on a policy, then there is retribution.  What can we do short of quitting?
