  • Worker's Compensation

I have employees working in multiple states.  Most of the states that they are working require worker's comp be provided if we have at least one employee.  Two of the states only require it if we have 3 or more.  So what do I do?  Is it similar to UI where they only count the people in the state or do they count the entire org in this case?  I'm leaning towards just getting it.  Thoughts?

Worker's compensation insurance is determined by the total number of employees in your organization. Any claims may be filed in the state where the injury/illness occurred or in the state of your corporate headquarters.
