Has anyone come across any Applicant Tracking Software that can be purchased (from a retail store) rather than using a company that charges a monthly/quarterly fee? I am desperately trying to implement some sort of applicant tracking system into our company but I'm certain that my proposal will be immediately dismissed if I suggest anything other than a one time, fixed cost. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

We just purchased Cyber Recruiter by Visibility Software, http://visibilitysoftware.com/ .  Worth checking to see if it works with your HRIS system.  I know that it works with Abra and HROffice, but not sure what other HRIS systems it might work with.  We purchased the program outright and it is installed on our servers, not hosted.  There is an annual support fee, though.  This particular program provides an online application system that is integrated into your existing website as well as the applicant tracking.
