  • Diversity

    Does anyone know of a good Diversity Training Video I can get/ buy to provide  training for ALL employees. I can be contacted at ron.promesse@m-v-t.com.

    This website, HR.BLR.com, has some good training material for diversity. There is a powerpoint, trainer's guide, speaker's notes, handout, and quiz.  They have two different presentations - Diversity for All Employees and Diversity - Legal Basics for Supervisors.  You can customize any of the materials to fit your organization.

    I decided I am going to use the power point presentation on here for All Employees, as well as the quiz and hand outs. I have gone through them thoroughly and I think it will be very helpful to me and the organization.

    I use a lot of the BLR PP presentations.  They have some computer based self paced stuff too but I don't have any experience with it yet.
