  • Rehires attending Orientation again?

I work in a healthcare agency and am wondering when do other companies require their rehired employees to take Orientation again. Do you limit it for example to anyone who has been gone more than one year to go back through Orientation?

    Thank you!

I make them go back through orientation.  I have them sign all of the same forms that I have everyone sign on the first day of employment.  My reason is that there could have been a change to the presentations, policies, employee handbook, etc. and this way I can show that I make everyone go through the same orientation.
