Does anyone have any background with HR Six Sigma Projects? I am applying for Green Belt
training
and am thinking about doing it on
turnover
but am interested in other's experiences and topics! Thanks!!!

I don't know much about Six Sigma, but there was an article in the HRDA a while back written by someone who has a black belt. The article is at

It does sound interesting, although I wonder if it neglects the people side of HR in favor of process.
