With the change in the real estate market, have any of you adjusted your relocation policies?  Do you mind describing what they are?  I'm trying to assess if we need to change our relocation policy to stay competitive.  We are a ~200 employee company with several offices around the country.  Our gross revenue is about $200 million.

I think you have to start by asking yourself what you want to accomplish with the relocation policy? Is it targeted at certain levels, e.g., VP and above? Are you concerned about being able to attract specialized candidates with certain technical abilities? Are you looking to relocate across country or will you be sourcing international candidates?
