I went on the CDC website and WOW, there is a lot of information on there.  We have employees who are beginning to travel on an international basis and I'm trying to locate a list of vaccinations, whether recommended or required for all countries...would anyone have a resource that could help me out?

Here you can just click on any country in the world and it pulls up the information for you. The CDC is the way to go.
