  • Evaluations

    ok I work in the medical field and have a CEO that no matter what type of evaluation I show her it's not what she wants. So please if anyone has a good evaluation that they can reccoment let me know im out of idea's. I've given her over ten different ones.She wants measurable performance and long term growth.

    I don't know if this will help, but BLR has a Performance Appraisal and Salary Adjustment Worksheet at http://hr.blr.com/timesavers.aspx?id=1868.  You may need more specific input from your CEO if nothing you are providing is satisfying her.
