Does anyone have experience using this plan?  I'm finding that the network of dentists isn't very good.

Many more dentists take it than are listed on their website.

In July our dental carrier changed to Blue Cross from Delta Dental. I have not seen a noticable difference in participating providers between the two. We have employees (about 400) throughout the state and I have only received one call concerning a provider not covered.  

Two states: MA and NY

BCBS is very inefficient across states.  I don't want to get into the whole soap opera, but when you use BCBS and write the policy in one state, people in the other state end up with a lot more hassles on their claims.

I had this for Carefirst BC/BS (MD, DC, Northern VA).  I just changed our plan to MetLife this year because we found that many of the dentist were not accepting new patients with this insurance and also some of the dentists were actually dropping this dental insurance.
