I have an established safety training program but I want to coodinate it with what is going on nationally...fire prevention month, etc.  Does anyone else have their safety program set-up like this because I need some help?

I'll put a memo out to our project managers and superintendents if there is a nationally known safety awareness for the month/week/day.  If weather conditions are at an extreme, I'll put out an OSHA Fact Sheet (or something of the like).  For example:  If it's going to be 112ºF outside, I'll distribute information on preventing heat-related injuries and illnesses.  I also try to put out random friendly safety notes to keep people on their toes.
