Go to www.ohsa.gov and look up OSHA publication 2254. At 100+ pages it certainly is not a quick guide, but it does spell out the requirments for all the standards. And you can skip over those that don't apply to you. It's pretty easy to scan it for the applicable regs to find out what is needed. Previous versions of this document had a table that I found very useful as a quick guide.
BLR has or had a publication as well. It is basically the same as the OSHA publication, but a little easier to read. I have not found it available on this site. I think I got my copy as a free gift for trial on one of their products.
A Google search may turn up something a little more concise, but you always need to validate the info you find that way.
