  • Safety vending machine selling spare human body parts!

    Hi guys,

Some of our team attended the Work Safe Week seminars in Melbourne, Australia this week.

There was a great artistic safety installation in the form of a vending machine. It got quite a

bit of attention and did a great job reminding us that replacing body parts is not as easy

as just buying new ones! Hope you enjoy the pics.

The realism of the parts is really... uncomfortable, disturbing, and creepy would be the words I'll choose.

I have two questions about this...

    1)  Can employees actually purchase the parts?
    2)  Why don't we have these in America?

I've always said to my guys, "you can't go buy a new eyeball from a gumball machine" when explaining why they had to wear safety glasses. Now if they see this they'll think I was lying ;)
