I'm revising our back injury prevention program and am having trouble finding a basic picture guide of simple stretches to perform before lifting and/or moving material. It would be great if they didn't require getting on the floor (I don't think our guys would want to lay on gravel). I can always cut out ones that we wouldn't need.
What I'm looking for: Black and white, can fit on an 8½"×11" sheet of paper (8½"×14" or 11"×17" is acceptable), and has some descriptions along with the pictures.
