  • Corporate EMR

We are being requested to provide a corporate Experience Modification Rating (EMR).  We have offices in states throughout the east coast.  We have an EMR for Pennsylvania and New Jersey as the states calculate this.  We also have a rating for our other office locations, done by an independent third party, where the states do not calculate it.  Hence we have three EMRs.

Does anyone know how or have experience in obtaining one "corporate" EMR?

I contacted my insurance broker and they told me this was not possible.  They are going to look into ti further.  Thye did indicated some companies will average all the EMR together to get a corporate rating but this is not an accurate way to do this.
