I started working for a international cement company in Turkey as HSE responsible.Before I joined this company I used to work for a crude oil pipe line company, so I am new for the cement sector therefore,I need some advice and suggestions if you have experience.

I myself do not have a extensive background in concrete. I have been on numerous sites where they have done plenty of concrete work. Is it a actual production plant where you produce the cement in concrete or general construction? I have just spent the last 2 yrs in the arizona desert doing safety for a excavation company, and now have transfered to the oil industry so if you have any questions about excavations or have any pointers on the oil business please let me know.....
