Also, here's a suggestion.  We posted a crossword puzzle in our newsletter with words that relate to safety.  We are nationwide, so the first 10 facilities from each division to fax in the puzzle with the correct answers will receive prizes.  Puzzle maker software is very inexpensive and the employees love it.  You just need to do a search  for puzzle software.  There are also some free sites.
