I need some info on the requirements of flammable storage tanks.  Tank size is 50-100 gallons, will be mounted on a skid to be moved around with a forklift.  Does it have to be double walled ect? Thanks for your input.

1910.106 tells you what you need as far as storage of flammable liquids.  Why are you moving it around?  I do not see this as a good idea to moving a container of gasoline around on a forklift.  The container better be secured to the skid and the skid secured to the forks.  The area it is moving in should be smooth to prevent the possibility of tipping it over.  Also, you want no smoking around this and properly grounded if you are transferring the flammable.  I think it would help to know a little more what you are doing to properly answer your question.

Try NFPA. I have a feeling they cover this under their rules somewhere. Also, do a google search for 'fuel bowser'. These will probably serve you better than a tank on a skid on a forklift.
