  • SPCC amendments

    Does anyone have an idea when the proposed SPCC amendments will be finalized? We're looking to update our plan, but don't want to have to do it twice within a few months.

    According to EPA's semi-annual agenda, the amendments should be finalized by October 2008. If you can, I suggest you wait to update the plan, just in case.
