I am charged with looking at how our company (Petrochemical) deals with small / new contractors and third party workers (utility companies, delivery drivers, etc.)  Does anyone want to share any best practices they might know of or use at your facility?  We already have procedures in place, but there is opportunity for improvement here.  Any input is welcomed.  (Just an FYI, our facility will be required to comply with TWIC requirements by the end of the year)
