Hello, I found this forum while doing a search to find LOTO software. We currently have documentation on the procedures to conduct the LOTO but are looking for software to facilitate in the printing of labels for locks/tags, keep a template of commonly used LOTOs, permits to issue to begin the LOTO for the workers, and will report on what is open, closed, and scheduled to be LOTO. The current process includes handwriting the permits and labels out and is just too time consuming.
We have looked at eSOMS, and SAP. eSOMS became too expensive since they were purchased recently. We were only offered a whole Plant Maintenance package instead of just the LOTO module. We use SAP for Plant Maintenance and anyone who uses SAP can tell you how non-user friendly it is. The LOTO module addon for SAP was just as cumbersome.
In my search I came across a program called TagLink, but have not been able to get any information from the company about it. The demo requires a key code and so far they have not returned my call.
So I am asking on here if anyone can share what you use and if you like what you use.
