  • Ct industrial stormwater

    I just read about the new proposed industrial stormwater industrial permit in Connecticut. It looks completely different than the one that was discussed last year - it looks a lot like the federal MSGP. Does anyone know the chances of this new permit going through? It seems pretty controversial, with a ton of new requirements.
