From what I understand, EPA has effectively ended the federal Performance Track program without plans to reinstitute it or start anything similar. But does anyone know how that affects the state run Performance Track programs, like the Arizona Environmental Performance Track? Can we expect changes to these programs (maybe as a result of a cut in federal funding for such a program)?

 Just wondering if it is worth pursuing performance track on the state level.
