I work for a City as the safety program coordinator, we are updating and/or implementing all polcies, programs, trainings, etc.  We have been looking for more than 4 years for training materials (DVDs - etc.) that pertain specifically to the removal  of snow and ice from residental and downtown streets, not rural and highway.  I have asked other cities what they use and they all agree, there are no training materials out there on urban snow removal. Our snow removal personnel come across many obstacles to do the job they do.  Which is why I find it so hard to believe that there are no training materials specific to urban snow removal.  If you know of any please send information on how I can obtain the materials.  Thank you.
