    Hello Everyone,

We are a manufacturing facility in WI. We have two employees of ours who are stationed and work out of one of our customer's locations in CA. Since we record their injuries on our logs, rather than our customer's, are we required to send and have them post our 300 form there? We also have a few sales people out of state, would we need to send them a copy as well? The sales staff work out of their homes, not a customer's facility.

Maybe I'm not using the right words in the search function of the OSHA site but I'm having trouble finding the answer on my own. Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer.

Well I did have some success in finding my answers. Apparently, our two employees in CA should be having any injuries logged on our customers' 300, not ours since they are directed by them (our customer). So if they end up on their log, there would be no need for us to post our log there. As far as the sales staff, we will be sending them copies of the posting and they are required to carry that with them feom 2/1 to 5/1. Not that any will but thats how were going to handle it.

If anyone else has any information please feel free to add. Thanks!
