Hello,
I am in the middle of implementing an audit system in a large healthcare facility. I have procedures in place, but management would like to implement something other than simple checklists. They are not sure that just checking something in compliance or not will lead to the proper corrective actions. The checklists I have does have a description section. Does anyone have suggestions on good references or have any good ideas that they wouldn't mind sharing?
