We have an online meeting program that we are currently looking into using for our 4th shift crew. It is designed so that you can record your training and add in places that the employee will have to do/answer something in order to continue in the program. Our IT department is reviewing

tired from late hours, school, and work and there's even more trouble. NOt that they always get followed, but there are regulations about the number of hours that teens can work, depending on their age...) to work at dangerous occupations, for an excessive number of hours, and at unsuitable times

Numerous studies indicate that teenagers don't have a fully developed sense of risk, and are thus prone to making bad safety decisions. Kind regards Liam Higgins

Thanks all for your insight, our company policy has been to do a pre-shift / pre-work inspection. The policy states specifically that it is not a formal inspection, but a "intentional" informal inspection to make sure something hasn't changed since the last time the worker was in that area

We are looking into changing our daylight work schedule. We are a manufacturing plant which operates 24/7. Our production people work rotating 12 hour shifts. Our daylight shift (primarily maintenance, project engineering, staff support, management) currently is scheduled to work Monday - Thursday
