BLR's John Brady was recently interviewed on a podcast by Ken Rayment of the www.Betterprocess.com to discuss BLR’s latest salary survey for exempt personnel. Rayment, owner of this interesting website for small to mid-size manufacturing firms, was intrigued by the results that showed that the biggest pay raises in 2006 will go to a group of heretofore unsung heroes, Purchasing Managers. They will earn the highest average 2006 raise (9.35%). But guess who came in second - Occupational Health and

Most folks say little is done, and they tend to believe the responsibility for that rests

Folks, we don't want this Forum thread to get too commercial. In the interest of full disclosure I will list a few resources i found on the web: BLR has 2 products that might help, although they are primarly designed for accidents that have happened. They could probably be used for near miss tracking though: - Illness and Injury Tracker - http://www.blr.com/product.cfm/product/10004700/funcode/WI05 - My Safety Manager - an optional upgrade to Safety.BLR.com membership https://www.blr.com/trial/lpi_dynamic/mySafetyManager.aspx?product=53100100
